XANT ranks No. 5 in the nation for jobs created in the software industry and No. 72 in the nation for jobs created in all industries in Inc. magazine’s Hire Power Awards.
XANT hiring statistics
XANT created 184 jobs from January 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013 and continues its impressive job creation to date. The company has hired an additional 81 employees since July, bringing the total number of employees to more than 300, with plans to reach 400 employees by the end of the year.
“We take great pride in fostering a high-growth environment that not only generates high-tech jobs but also provides our employees an opportunity to thrive and quickly advance their careers in a fast-paced, high-energy environment,” XANT CEO and Founder Dave Elkington said.
Opportunities for advancement
XANT was also recently recognized by BusinessQ magazine as a top company to work for because of the opportunities it provides young employees.
“Some people are managing teams after only six to eight months with the company,” XANT National Sales Manager Jonathan Miller said. “That is huge when you think about how many recent graduates we have working here.”
“You see people who are working hard move to where they want to be fast. It motivates you to work harder because you know it will pay off,” XANT Business Development Representative Morgan Lyman said.
Training and benefits
The company takes extra effort preparing employees for their big responsibilities with one of the most comprehensive on-boarding programs in the industry as well as by bringing in outside training resources.
XANT also recently made significant increases in compensation, adding new benefits and offering stock incentives for all employees.
“We have learned that if we grow the people, they will grow the company. Generals are made during times of war, and we are presenting battlefield promotions every day,” XANT President and Founder Ken Krogue said. “Our hyper-growth has allowed us to dramatically improve our employee benefits again. We also invest in our employees with stock options, so every employee is an owner.”
Significance of Inc. Hire Power Awards
Recognition by Inc. Hire Power Awards is unique as it is the only awards program that singles out job creators.
“For the second year in a row, we are pleased to recognize the employers who are putting Americans back to work,” Inc. Editor-in-Chief Eric Schurenberg said. “We think it’s fitting to pay tribute to company founders not just for their business prowess but also for their immense contribution to the welfare of U.S. workers and the vitality of the U.S. economy.”
Other XANT recognition
XANT has ranked on AlwaysOn’s list of the top 100 private companies as well as on numerous lists of fastest growing companies, including Mountain West Capital Network’s Utah 100, the Inc. 5000 and Deloitte’s 2012 Technology Fast 500.
